As part of our project and program consulting portfolio, we undertake the set up and review of large and complex projects in the area of IT software development, maintenance, BPO and KPO.

The team at Second Avenue will program manage needs in any of these areas for our customers starting from the initial concept definition stage through to implementation and support.

Some of the tasks that will be undertaken as part of the exercise include:

    a. Governance: Defining roles and responsibilities, and providing
        oversight

    b. Management: Planning and administering both projects and
        the overall program

    c. Financial management: Implementation of specific fiscal practices and controls

    d. Infrastructure: The program office, technology and other factors in the work environment supporting the program
        effort

    e. Planning: Activities that take place at multiple levels, with different goals. The program plan is not a traditional plan

We will also undertake project consulting assignments that involve technology selection, assessment, architecture and design, project structure and approach, project communications, quality and processes, and certifications.
