The advisory team at Second Avenue has a sound grasp of various options, be it a 100% subsidiary, joint venture, India partner, master distributor or channels. Based on the need of the overseas company, Second Avenue will identify the appropriate model and help in the program management of the implementation of the desired model. This will include liaison with government agencies (through our partner network), identifying and bringing in the right partner-fit, documentation, approvals, statutory compliance and obtaining necessary clearances.
